Follow up email: (Send direct to decision maker)

Call 2 - Decision Maker


"Hi [Name], what it is, I've got something I'd like to talk to you about that's going to take about 20 seconds, if after that 20 seconds it's of no interest, you can just hang up and we can both get on with our day. Does that sound ok to you?"
